I am Laura Martucci, currently living in Japan. Most of my career is customer service support. Recently I have worked in a Game company as a customer support. Giving assistance to the players and helping them escalate their problems (troubleshooting & purchase) into the system which we call it JIRA. Part of my job I translate documents into English to Japanese and Japanese to Italian. In this job I was able to hone my skills logically and strong communication. In addition, I analyse data to cooperate with the development team to ensure constant improvement of the services and customer satisfaction. Dealing purchases issues/refunds. I also develop and maintain a deep knowledge of products and services.
When I was in Italy, I worked in Contact Center Citizens Service Roma which we help Citizens in bureaucratic matters with the help of the Database System. Through answering phone calls and emails. Sending complains of the citizens to the city hall.
In my conclusion, I am capable of doing this job since I have the skills and experience. I also want to hone my skills further and do my best in this field of work.
