I attend webinars for new learnings and be updated. I enrolled in an Online Course as GVA (General Virtual Assistant) under FHMoms University. I am familiar with the tools needed and commonly used as a Virtual Assistant. I am efficient in different MS Office Applications, Google Products, Trello, Skype, Zoom, Calendly, Canva, and other applications alike.
I have work experience although not virtually. For two years I worked as a credit and collection clerk. I maintain account receivable ledgers, prepare invoices, Monthly reconciliation log, Inventory, and data entry. I encode the daily sales. I am also familiar with Quickbooks since it's what I used before. I also worked as a Purchaser/Encoder in a grocery store. For 4 years, I am in charge of the inventory, pricing of the products, and encoding of the barcode and descriptions of all the items sold in the store. I also deal with our different suppliers.
I have strong communication skills both oral and written. I am organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner. I am a goal-getter, I want to get things done timely and effectively. I am also open to new ideas and/or training for the task I am not familiar with. I don't have any job right now so I can commit myself 100% to this job.
