· I have a wide experience in the administrative field since I have been able to learn alongside of
my veteran peers in the field and I have constantly been able to work hand in hand with my
coworkers in different branches of the companies I have worked in. Now in the position of
being a team leader and supervisor, I have been able to lead a team and be able to provide
better guidance and successful training to be able to provide efficient and motivated staff to
my current clients.
DIGITAL KNOWLEDGE
· In my years of virtual and on-site work I have an advanced knowledge of calling platforms, and
intermediate level of knowledge of editing applications, customer relationship management
tools, basic technical troubleshooting on Windows computers and intermediate-advanced
knowledge of Gsuite and Microsoft office tools. I have worked with several calling platforms
such as Grasshoper, Skype, Bria, Zoiper, 8x8, Mojo, Follow Up Boss, and Gvoice, aiding myself
of course with vpn systems such as Windscribe, HMA, and Nord.

· On several occasions, I have been able to manage negotiation situations related to the company
and I have even handled sales of real estate that the company manages, managing to create a
fluid and attractive communication for customers, generating confidence and responsibility in
the companies I have represented.

· I can communicate easily in English and Spanish, with grammatical and oral fluency, and I have
basic knowledge of French.
LEADERSHIP
· I got to earn the position of vice-president in my residential complex AVENTURA PLAZA,
captain of the women's soccer team at the COLEGIO INTERNACIONAL PUERTO LA CRUZ in
high school, and I was captain of the volleyball team at the UNIVERSIDAD JOSE ANTONIO
PAEZ. I have been a staff supervisor in several call campaigns and even a trainer.
