Designed and implemented FindLaw.com Consumer and Legal Professional social media pages.
Developed successful strategies for each network and consulted with other Thomson Reuters marketing
divisions to achieve similar success. Worked extensively on legal content creation and editing, including
serving as a contributing writer to two corporate blogs and working closely to develop law firm client
blog training.
Managed the strategy and design of the FindLaw.com Answers community- a dynamic community of
consumers looking for legal help and resources. In addition to managing the day to day work of a
moderator, also monetized the site, created a best practices manual and consulted within Thomson
Reuters on other similar communities.
