Part of the integration team responsible for testing transactions and reports in SAP FI module during project M2C. The goal of the project was to migrate system SAP R3P to system SAP P47. IT cost savings of this project were estimated at $8.9mil USD and a business growth of 0.25% over the next 10 years (total investment of $5.4mil USD). Through my tasks of this project, I assured that the target dates will be kept, considering a high quality check on the new integration. Any possible risks or uncovered scenarios were highlighted to the project leaders.
Develop of a new manufacturing location (project VINCI), which involved the extension of a production plant in Romania. As a cost analyst, I've created a database to collect, prepare and track the information regarding total integration expense of the project ($5.4mil USD), fixed assets (new acquisitions and transfers in total of $11mil USD) and cost savings ($20mil USD).
