◦ "Floarea-n bucate"- composing and editing text and gathering
information, for the brochure with recipes using local ingredients
working closely with the designer and the chefs
◦ Translation of various papers related to nature conservation and rural
development from English to Romanian and from Romanian to

◦ Passing on the gift- a rural development project where members of the
community received a cow, the only conditions were to be able to take
care of the animal welfare and give away to another member of the
community of the first female calf
◦ Wildflower Europe- cultural project that emphases the importance of
flowers and plants in our culture and life, part of our heritage
◦ Flower Festival- I organised 2 editions of the festival as part of the
Wildflower Europe project, working closely with small-scale producers,
guesthouse owners, artists, schoolchildren and volunteer
◦ ESSEDRA- Environmentally Sustainable Socio-Economic Development
of Rural Areas- a project that aims at facilitating the integration process
for accessing countries in the EU; through the project we are
exchanging good practice cases and adapt our experience from the
accession period to the situation in the Balkan and Turkey regions so
their can gain from our experience; we managed to create a network of
CSOs that can transmit powerful and effective messages about the
importance of small-scale farmers and producers
◦ HNVF Romania- Rural Development and High Nature Value farmland
in Romania- my role in this project is to identify opportunities, analyse
the current market conditions, establish the consumers profile and
deliver an efficient marketing strategy; also I am responsible for the
communication strategy of the project to the stakeholders and general
public
◦ GIRO- Geographical Indicators in Romania- through the project we
identified products that have a high potential of becoming certified at
European level as GIs and creating a marketing strategy for each
selected product
