I have a combined experience of five years working as a technical support analyst, Web design freelancer and as an Entrepreneur. Over the years I have acquired a wide range of knowledge and experience that will allow me to contribute toward the success of your company.

My duties at my current workplace include providing support for both non-technical users and the engineering teams which is a role that requires effective communication and clear understanding of the core technology while seeking to coordinate and connect the appropriate teams in order for service delivery to run as smoothly as possible. Understanding the users’ pain points and translating them into features and requirements while using data analysis tools like SQL and POWER BI to produce reports for the businesses are my forte and I believe these acquired skills would be of great service to the your team.

The following achievements demonstrate my qualification for this position:

·        Led the implementation of a secondary file landing zone to help the client avoid issues of missing files and data.

·        Worked on the documentation for detecting missing files on the system.

·        Prepare comprehensive trouble tickets that detail problems and support accurate tracking of trends using Jira.

·        Serving as a liaison between the engineering team and the business user.

·        Trained clients on technical and operational activities for the continuous management of their websites.

My expertise lies in skillfully working on the Service delivery teams in enhancing customer service strategies, maintaining operational effectiveness, innovating new processes, and managing overall functionality to maximize customer retention and growth.
