Hey!
I have a background in both customer support and social media management. I’ve worked in the BPO industry for about a year, where I handled both chat and voice accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account concerns. Alongside that, I also gained experience in back-office tasks like data entry and freelancing, which helped me develop strong attention to detail.
More recently, I worked in social media management, where I created content, scheduled posts, and engaged with audiences online. This role strengthened my communication skills and creativity, on top of my customer service background.
I studied Information Technology in college, though I wasn’t able to finish my degree, I’ve always been eager to keep learning through hands-on experience. Outside of work, I enjoy playing music, reading books, and watching series, which keeps me balanced and creative.
Overall, I see myself as a team player with strong communication and written skills, and I’m excited to bring both my customer support experience and digital skills.
