Hello! My name is Larrizza.

I from the city of smiles here in the Philippines. I have been in the call center and the virtual space for almost 10 years now. 

I was a chat and email representative for an e commerce company. Was a technical and customer service representative for a cable and telecommunications company.

I also have an experience handling a team, I was a team lead for the recent company I was with. But has experienced a support/management role for almost 5 years.

I am a person who strive for efficiency and effectiveness. I amplify integrity, resilience and excellence in my work.
