Working as a General Virtual Assistant for almost ten years and counting, I can say that I am confident working with a wide scope of transaction, marketing and administrative tasks for some huge industries like Logistics, Real Estate (Selling and Buying), Property Management, Customer Support and Marketing/Design Companies.

For Real Estate, I've had experiences working with both listing and buying side, I stand as a Listing Manager and also a Closing Coordinator, working with all the Real Estate checklists, from Seller Pre-Sign up to Active Listings, from Under Contracts up to closing and also the After-Close process for transactions, administrative checklist, database management and marketing posts.

I've also worked in a Turnkey and Property Management company, I am keeping an eye to all Vacant properties, touch based with the Leasing team to make sure all inventories are pre-leased and occupied in the fastest way the team can. I also track the properties that are not rented, check for possible marketing improvement and create a weekly report as to how many properties are rented and how many are not and the possible market research on why they are not rented yet. I am also the one in-charged with the Home Inspection repairs, making sure all buyer and investors request are completed.

I also do flyers, postcards, calendars, overlays, and a lot more marketing materials via Adobe Photoshop or any design tool preferred by my clients and put them on our Social Media Sites and Company Websites.
