Lara Mae L. Mercado

I've had quite a lengthy experience in the BPO industry which started way back 2006. I have training and experience in taking customer service and order inquiry calls, to handling account security, to order management and fulfillment. I have worked for several industries including banking institutions, e-commerce businesses and telecommunications. I also have more than 5 years experience of handling teams as a team manager and have dealt with escalations both with customers, suppliers and project partners.

I am also a licensed Certified Investment Solicitor and Insurance Agent here in the Philippines and I am currently doing part-time work as a Financial Advisor where I conduct financial planning consultations and recommend financial products to prospective clients.

As far as my personal life is concerned, I am happily married and I am also a doting mother to a 4-year old son who is already attending school. My hobbies include reading books, experimenting in the kitchen and binging on shows and movies on Netflix when I have the time.
