Working in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) for 15 years was my biggest milestones in life to excel my abilities and open new opportunities. I have acquired a variety of skills to be effective in my role as a Virtual Assistant, Sales/Telemarketer, Data Entry, Appointment Setter, Customer Service, Real Estate Agent, and Insurance Claims Specialist. These experiences molded me to become an expert in my craft and I will continue to deliver excellence to my clients.

I am willing to invest in other skills if necessary to get the job done efficiently. I utilize my resources through research and make use of the video tutorials. I am open to learning new things and I always take the initiative. I am highly motivated, well-organized and pays great attention to details.
