To Whom it May Concern, Lani Martinez has worked for my company, Lotus Networks Inc., for almost 1 year. She is the most responsive, positive, efficient person who has ever worked for me. I gave her multiple tasks with weekly expectations and reviews and she not only met all her goals but also succeeded them. I believe that attitude is everything and she came to work each day with a can-do attitude and also asked consistently if she could do/help more. 1)Work ethic. Lani not only took the time to fully understand what her tasks/goals were, but she also welcomed any constructive criticism I gave and could pivot immediately on any changes I threw at her. Her weekly progress reports that she provided were always on time and always succeeded the weekly goals. She never missed any work and also wanted to work during the holidays. Following up with me to make sure I had addressed any open emails and reminding me of any action items I had to fulfill was also key. She truly went above and beyond her roles. and responsibilities. 2)Attitude. Attitude in the work place is everything and Lani’s attitude would brighten up my day with her positive outlook on life as well as gratitude. She would also check in with me to make sure that everything was OK with the business in times of natural flooding in the area. Her concern is genuine and her positive attitude real. 3)Growth. The tasks I assigned Lani were to gather corporate IT contact information and also send emails to those contacts. She kept meticulous notes on any email responses and/or appointments. While she succeeded these tasks, her room and willingness to grow, learn and ‘expand on other tasks were there as well. This is extremely important in any employee. The willingness to grow and change as the business does as well. Sadly, the task that I had for Lani ended and I do not have any extra work for her to do.
