Refunding products
Reasons for for refund:
Before refund, please explain why what might caused issue and ask customers for more information.
1, Customer strongly requested for refund.
2, Second rep did not work.
3, Heart Rate Monitor
4, Calories
5, Bad smell
6, Allergic reaction ( burning?)
7, Melting earbuds
8, no availability
9, partial refund if returned after 45 days of the purchase. (when there is no quality issue )
10….Add what you think needs to be refund rather than replacement.

Please ask for order numbers with your first response if you don’t know the order number.
Our Goal:
1, 3% Returns Target, right now we are at 7%. Amazon’s return rate is about 5-15%.
2, Educate our customers, explain how our device works, how replacement and refunds being processed. ( To do this we need to understand our warranty documents that is posted on line; we need to know how our products work; case by case depends on the customers’ claim/issues.)
3, Star ratings Improvement by 0.5, how do we do that?
4, Customer care call reduction of 20%
( We are in the process of re-writing our user manuals, listings, managing customer’s expectations; keeping warranty policy’s up to date; Eli is working on the how to videos.)
5, Improving the quality of our products. ( Customers team need to gather information)
