I am an experienced Corporate Lawyer with over 6 years of legal practice, providing strategic counsel and full legal support to international and local businesses. My core areas of expertise include corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Throughout my career, I have supported companies across various sectors - including IT, real estate, consulting, and hospitality - ensuring their operations comply with applicable laws while remaining commercially sound and efficient. I have advised both startups and established enterprises on company formation, restructuring, and cross-border transactions, and have extensive experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, service and supply agreements, construction documentation, and intellectual property instruments.

Previously, I served as in-house counsel at DataArt, a global IT services company, where I provided legal support to the Armenian branch and collaborated with European legal teams to ensure cross-jurisdictional compliance. Later, as Legal Counsel at Green Rock, I led the legal management of a large-scale hotel development project in Dilijan, Armenia, overseeing contractor relations, procurement, licensing, and vendor documentation.

My professional approach is grounded in precision, risk awareness, and a strong understanding of business processes. I focus on delivering pragmatic legal solutions that align with the client’s operational and strategic objectives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Law, part of which I completed in Poland, and I am fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
