I have been an Online English teacher for 4 years then have been a customer service representative for 3 years from JP Morgan chase bank and Wells Fargo bank. For the job description as an online English teacher I teach my students from various ages from beginner, intermediate to advance. I correct their grammar,pronunciation and vocabulary. While the job with the international banks are actually customer service. I assist the clients with regard the product and services,help them to activate the cards,to trouble their passwords and user name. I also help them to file a lost stolen cards to block the cards , to assist with their transactions using their credit cards. I used to speak with different types of nationalities by only in English language and do a relay call also. I am a responsible person, multi - tasker I do whatever it take s to finish the job on time. I am a enthusiastic person. I am an open minded person I take criticisms positively .
