I'm a customer service professional with over 4 years of experience in both voice and chat support, specializing in the travel and e-commerce industries.
I began my career at Inspiro Relia, Inc., handling sales and order-related calls for a flower company. I then transitioned to a chat support role for ecommerce, assisting customers from Brazil, Colombia, and the Philippines with concerns like deliveries, refunds, and account issues.
In 2022, I joined WNS for Travel account, where I managed flight bookings, travel refunds, and customer complaints. My consistent performance led to leadership roles — first as Floor Support, then Team Lead for nesting batches, and currently as Team Manager overseeing our Refunds Line.
