ABOUT ME
PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE
A graduate in Branding Strategy and Business Management, I am a hardworking,
determined, and positive individual who thrives on new challenges. As a peopleoriented person with strong communication skills, I bring energy, ambition, and a
results-driven mindset to everything I do.
Over the past few years, I have developed a strong interest in the talent acquisition
space, where I combined my passion for people and technology. I implemented
proactive recruitment strategies, sourced both active and passive candidates
(primarily passive), and helped build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. In
September 2021, I was promoted to Marketing Manager, where I deepened my interest
in software technology and integrated various tech tools into my recruitment
approach.
I am now actively seeking new opportunities in Talent Acquisition and Business
Management, where I can continue to grow, innovate, and add value.
