I am an IT professional with over 24 years of experience, including more than 3 years focused on Quality Assurance. My background combines deep technical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills, gained from decades in IT support and later applied to software testing.

As a QA analyst, I have worked on web and mobile applications (iOS and Android), performing both manual and automated tests. I use tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, and JMeter, along with BDD and Gherkin to design clear and effective test cases. I also have solid experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for defect tracking and Agile collaboration.

My skills include database queries, load and stress testing, and validating complex integrations, such as Marketplace systems with Big Data. This mix allows me to ensure not only functional quality but also performance and reliability.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect technical testing with real user needs, thanks to my long history in IT support. I focus on communication, accuracy, and teamwork to help projects achieve high-quality results.

I hold a degree in Information Management Technology and continue to expand my knowledge in new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and its applications in testing.
