As an Amazon Manager, my responsibilities include coordinating with my team to make sure tasks are done accurately and efficiently. It is also my responsibility to monitor attendance as well as communicate my team's concerns to the upper management. Aside from these, I develop and implement effective customer support strategies to meet the needs and expectations of customers. This includes establishing policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Before becoming a Manager, I have worked as an Amazon FBA virtual assistant. My responsibilities included replying to buyer emails daily, creating and organizing excel sheets and reports, processing replacement and refunds through Amazon Seller Central, tracking shipments, tracking product rankings, interacting with bloggers and reviewers - among many others. I'm also responsible for making sure that customers are happy with our products so they leave a great review.
I know how to use my resources well and I am also good at figuring things out on my own, although you should expect questions from me if I need more details regarding a task. I am not comfortable with leaving a task undone and I also make sure to pay attention to details.
I have taken the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) exam with a bandscore of 7.5 which qualifies me to work in major English-speaking countries like USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
