I've been working as an admin assistant for more than 7 years, it's a combination of a local and international Companies.
The first company that Ive been with is a Real Estate Company here in the Philippines and worked as an accounts admin officer for 3 year and 7 months, my tasks includes handling administrative tasks, email management and assisting clients, directly communicating
with them for property documentation and payments.
And then I work as a Legal Admin Assistant providing back-end support to a conveyancing company in Australia for 1 year and 6 months, I am assisting lawyers and paralegals in processing the change of property title from current vendor to the purchaser. My tasks
includes data entry, updating CRM, updating sheets, creating accounts, organizing files. I also do contract reviewing, to help the lawyers and send it to the client. I also served as receptionist, which I am answering phone calls and sorting emails. I assists
all prospect and existing client once they call the customer service line and collect all the information about the inquiries and forward it to the appropriate department, paralegal or even any assigned lawyers
I've been a virtual assistant also in the US for 2 years and 3 months. I am supporting a CEO of a Delivery Services Company with regards to Bid transactions. I do, government bids research and proposal submissions for the Bids that my Client is interested to Bid.
On top of it, I also do email management, scheduling meetings, communicate to procurement officers of different department and government facilities in the US. I am also attending different meeting and conferences required by the Bid contracts to take down notes and inform the client to all important information.
