I have work experience in various roles across different industries. I have expertise in
client relations and customer service and I work effectively in an organized and systematic
environment. Due to the various roles that I have had over my career, I have earned skills
that equipped me to contribute to the company's growth. I was able to train myself to work
with dedication and aim for progress. Thus, I was one of the selected Subject Matter Experts
by FADV to work overseas as a Trainer. I was sent to Bangalore, India for a month to provide
training and SME support to the new hires at FADV Bangalore Site. I worked with HSBC as
CSR and was promoted to be part of HSBC’s High Sales Team (HST) after one year and 6
months of working as a Customer Service Representative. Currently, I am managing my own
laundry shop business.
