I am knowledgeable and trained in encoding, researching, creative writing, copywriting and data entry. I also attended training about contact center services wherein I am trained to assist and help people with their concerns. 

I also got the chance to learn about the Internet and Web Page Design, course syllabus, table of specifications and curriculum map.

I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education (Major in English), and it is an edge for me to write blogs, articles, creative writing and anything related with content writing skills.
