I take pride in everything I do. My mother always told me, "If you're going to do something, do it correctly, or don't do it at all." I have held on to this motto with everything I have, and applied it to every aspect of my life. I am passionate about the prosperity of man kind. The all around well-being of every person holds more value than any amount of currency. I am dedicated and determined to any task I am given and will consistently strive for proficiency, efficiency, and perfection. I am always asking myself these questions: "How can I do this better?" and "What can I learn from this?" I am open-minded, eager to learn, and highly driven. I consider myself a good leader, because I have learned to be a great follower. To be a follower is to follow instructions and directions with willingness and commitment to adhere to all guidelines. To be a leader is to hold yourself at higher standard, to put the needs of your team before your own, and to lead your team to success with compassion, patience, understanding, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. I stand firm on good ethics and moral decisions. I am aware of my strengths and weaknesses and am actively striving to transform those weakness into strengths.
