I'm a Social Media Manager. I am currently managing our own Facebook page. My tasks are Handling emails, replying and reacting to comments and messages, joining related Facebook pages, scheduled posting, and make simple ADs.

I also worked in a Chinese ESL company and I worked here as an English Tutor for more than a year. I also have experience in teaching IELTS and TOEFL courses. I received two awards and was featured on their page who has 500 thousand.

I also worked in a Dental Company, as a CSR. I used to handle different calls from different countries. My tasks here are to answer inquiries about the card holder's eligibility, history, status, and complaints.
