I'm a Registered nurse but I have more experienced being a customer service representative and technical too. I worked before in BPO industry for almost 3 years. Most of my responsibilities as a customer service is to provide info about our product do upselling and help customer whenever they have a problem with their services. We do work with their technicians also, we are the one who set their appointments as well with the customer.
