I am a nursing graduate and also a Licensed Professional Teacher but didn’t practice my profession instead I work in a BPO industry. With my experience in a call centre environment, (more than eight years in Office-based and four years for home-based) I know how to resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and meet objectives for speed, productivity, quality assurance. Some of my experiences are making outbound calls to make sales for Telco companies based in the US and Canada, setting up an appointment for insurance, physical therapy clinics, and financial institution and Fashion industry. I also had experience working as a virtual assistant / receptionist for spa and Product Lifecycle Manager for a fashion industry who handles customer concerns via phone call, both inbound and outbound, and email.
I am adept at handling high-pressure situations and resolving conflicts to mutual satisfaction while maintaining my composure, calm, and professionalism. I learn quickly and work hard, and would be thrilled to put my enthusiasm, experience, and drive for excellent performance to work for you and your customers.
