Junior Support Analyst (Global Helpdesk) supports all the clients or employees of the company. We do receive calls and emails for us to assist them in their trouble with company software and hardware. We also create and disable an account if there are new hires or needs to be termed. We support a lot of software or applications under our company. Escalate user support requests to higher-level IT support specialists and experts if they are unable to resolve the issue on their own.
Internship: MDF Assistant at PLDT Lipa Sub Exchange

PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telephone). The MDF connects equipment inside a telecommunications facility to cables and subscriber carrier equipment. Install and maintain local area networks (LAN) and WiFi networks. Perform advanced troubleshooting on Customer Premise Equipment (CPE). Install and maintain services on the distribution network from the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) to the demarcation point.
