I have over 6 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, payroll, administrative tasks, and workforce planning and scheduling. I have also worked as a Supervisor, where I managed and supported a team, handled daily operations, and ensured performance and productivity targets were met.

I have supported Australian clients, particularly in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, providing recruitment, workforce planning, and scheduling support. My experience includes hiring for local and global roles, working across Southeast Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) as well as Spain, Korea, and Japan, including roles in AI and tech-driven environments.
