Kyle Reinholt

My story starts in 2013, when I came to Japan with the little I had and mission to be a teacher, to set the stage for the future's best. As many stories go, I decided to stay. Through my experiences and a little luck, I went from being a teacher to recruiting and making teachers since 2018. For me, the reward is knowing that in my duties, I make a difference in multiple places at once in finding the right candidate to do the job.

In my experience, adaptability is key. I think quickly to accomplish any challenge, solve any problem, and learn any innovation that comes in my way. I learn quickly with new or unfamiliar systems and concepts. Organization is another key element. In all of my pursuits, I have streamlined the entire process to make essential data accessible to all relevant members of the team and in a manner that lead to quick, accurate decisions. 

It is my philosophy as a manager and Human Resources to approach employees as humans rather than resources. In industries where turnover is high, this can be a daunting task. However, I believe that in applying the golden rule in all employee matters. Happy workers lead to productive workers that stick together.

I am constantly growing and learning in my life; we should never stop after school. And I look forward to showing what I can offer to you and your clients.
