PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am a qualified mechanical technologist with recent working experience as a mechanical engineer
intern. During my internship I acquired critical skills related to the mechanical and marine
engineering industry including working on projects and hydraulic systems aboard various vessels in
Walvis Bay, as well as the overhauling and repairing of hydraulic cylinders, fault finding in pumps and
other hydraulic machinery, manufacturing hydraulic fittings and hoses and technical salesman skills
which I believe can be directly transferred to any future jobs that I obtain. I am also well familiar
with software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD. My work experience as a brand ambassador for
various companies has enabled me to gain valuable people skills, as well as the ability to manage and
supervise a team. Currently I am seeking permanent employment as a mechanical technician or a
draughtsman. I believe that my education and working experience has provided me with the
knowledge and ability to undertake any future job with precision, punctuality and good judgement.
