I am an organized, dedicated, and ambitious professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and extensive hands on experience across information technology, academic research, data analysis, and digital media production. Over the years, I have developed a strong professional foundation built on critical thinking, effective communication, and a deep sense of responsibility toward achieving organizational goals. My journey in both academic and professional environments has shaped me into a versatile and detail-oriented individual who thrives in challenging situations and continuously seeks opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow.

My background in academic writing and documentation is one of my strongest assets. During my undergraduate studies at the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), I conducted a comprehensive research project titled “Design and Implementation of a Career Network Application.” This project explored ways to connect certified and uncertified professionals to employment opportunities, combining both academic depth and technical execution. I not only researched and wrote the full academic paper but also successfully developed the functional prototype, demonstrating my ability to merge theory with real-world problem-solving.

Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in multiple roles that strengthened my technical and communication skills. As an IT Support Assistant, I was responsible for troubleshooting network and internet issues, setting up and maintaining digital systems, and assisting various departments with technology-related needs. I also worked closely with the Accounts Department, helping staff interpret data, create visual dashboards, and understand basic IT tools to improve workflow efficiency. These experiences deepened my appreciation for data-driven decision-making and collaboration across departments.

In addition to my IT and analytical background, I possess strong creative and digital production skills. Before and during my university years, I worked in large-format and digital printing, where I learned the technical and artistic aspects of graphic design, billboard production, and digital editing. This experience enhanced my attention to detail, precision under pressure, and visual communication abilities.

I am proficient in a wide range of tools and technologies, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Google Sheets, JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS. These skills allow me to efficiently analyze data, design interactive systems, and present information clearly and attractively. During my National Service, I also served as a Public Relations Executive, where I assisted in preparing reports, communicating project findings, and suggesting innovative strategies for improvement.
