_I am a passionated, hardworking and dedicated to whatever I do. I pay meticulous attention to detail and perfectionist. I always want to achieve my best potential that's why I strive and do my best to ace any jobs given to me. Even the smallest job, like sweeping floors. I make sure there are no dust or crumbs left. I work clean. I am organize because I lose focus and easily irritated when everything is in place, In that way I know that I am having a smooth work because I see everything. And since I always want to reach my mazimum potential I listen to feedbacks and I apply what I have learned and think could better myself. I also seek for advices when I lack knowledge about something. I am teachable because I know that there is always room for improvement. I really take my work seriously because this is my bread and butter.  _

Work Experiences

-About my most recent job is that I worked as a Virtual assistant for real estate investors and realtors which I do cold callings, We call homeowners to see of the consider selling their property.

-I became a quality analyst and operations manager of a company as well in which I do handle and supervise agents, provides feedbacks and organize and leads seminars.

-I also became as a human resource administrative assistant which i perform varieties of tasks given by my clients

-Reimbursement coordinater, here I do outbound calls. We call Health insurance company, we pretend to be a 2nd party which we say that we are calling from the dentist's office and ask for the patients claim status, we dont say that we are third parties or we're calling on behalf of the provider because they wont entertain our questions

-And I also have a 1 year experience being Customer service representative, I worked under a telecommunicating company in the use. We entertain questions from the customer regarding to their bills, we provide them informations as well, Our company sells phones and services in the u.s, We assist customers if ever they want to change their plans.

-And I can really say that I am a hardworking one specially to the things that I love doing.

Since Im not new doing calls and to this kind of work  I reallly think that I can learn and adapt easily. And also I dont take corrections offensively, Im open for new learnings and I want to improve myself
