·Prepare daily activity reports, weekly progress reports and monthly reports for assigned station.

·Strictly monitor the daily operations of assigned station; This includes coordinating effectively with operations team and monitoring of the resources such as schedule, cost and quality aspect of the project.

·Input and record all the daily activities that take place on-site; Take note of all the issues and concerns that may affect the resources of the company.

·Undergo weekly site inspection; Take weekly and monthly progress photo of each site using drone and 360-degree cameras.

FIELD ENGINEER | FAIRLANE RESIDENCES | DMCI PROJECT DEVELOPERS, INC. (AUG 2021 – JULY 2023)

·Ensure the For-Construction Drawings are being implemented on site.

·Monitor the site progress to ensure that materials are being delivered on time, the manpower is enough and the schedule of the project is being met.

·Estimate and request all of the necessary materials and equipment required for the completion of the activity.

·Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate it to the suppliers to ensure that the required materials are delivered on time. Ensure that proper staging area for the materials are ready.

·Oversee daily activities on site to ensure that company’s quality standards are being met, proper work methodologies are applied, and safety precautions are being followed.

·Coordinate with the design and engineering department regarding the conflicts on drawings and prepare alternative plans for approval.

·Provide swift and innovative solutions on encountered issues and problems.

·Conduct regular coordination meetings with site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to discuss resolutions on conflicts occurred at site and develop strategic improvements of workmanship.

·Delegate task to supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient completion of the activity.

CIVIL ENGINEER | METRO MANILA SUBWAY PROJECT PHASE 1 – CP101 | SHIMIZU CORPORATION (FEB 2020 – JULY 2021)

·Cooperate and communicate effectively with the engineers, designers and supervisors to provide assistance and technical support with permit application, schedule distribution, document preparation for contract and accomplishment status.

·Assist senior engineer on land acquisition status summaries and monitoring.

·Gather, analyze, summarize and present data on land acquisition given by the owner to ensure that priority land areas were being given to contractor.

·Ensure accuracy on data presentation for processes of acquisition of lands on areas for prioritization and for permit applications.

·Establishing professional relationship with various external parties that involved on land acquisition.

·Prepare, schedule, and coordinate joint inspection compliance with the standard and specification between Government agencies and engineering team for permit applications.
