I am a Software Quality Assurance Tester and a System Analyst Dev Support with almost 4 months of work experience. I am currently supporting 3 services for a well-known tire company from Germany. My current daily tasks include handling tickets and maintaining SLA’s for the services I’m supporting, testing the service applications every time my clients do a version update, conduct meetings with Service Owners, Clients, and other colleagues in the company, and create reports to facilitate status reporting. I am also currently studying QA Automation and automation tools such as, n8n, cypress (QA automation framework), and many more. In addition to that, i also graduated with a degree in Information Technology with latin honors.
