Current Second Senate Member JCB Hall of Residence
Next to President of the Hall Executive Committee and primary job is to ensure that every secretary is doing his job
efficiently. To plays an important role in the committee and it is my responsibility to call HEC and General Body
meetings regularly.To ensure better management of hall budget(around Rs.6 lakhs) for all activities of the hall
EX-Joint secretary maintenance of JCB Hall of Residence
To ensures that all the employees work properly and the hall premises is maintained properly. The various
maintenance departments supervised by me are gardening, furniture management, water supply, cycle stand
management and general maintenance.To get approached if any complaint is not properly addressed by the
authorities. To conduct events in the hall level majorly Illumination during Diwali which is major event conducted at
various halls of IIT Kharagpur.
