I have total 6 years of work experince, i have used many tools like Amadeus ( for ticketing ) , Agency Manager ( for billing ) and Cloud Tool ( for calling customer ) .

During my 6 years of tenure i had interacted with more than 50 thousands customer, though email, chat and call.

I had worked in various shift like, early morning shifts, graveyards shifts , afternoon shift and evening shifts .

In past i had got award for best employee.

I have target oriented approach towards my work, i am also punctual in work.
