I have worked few customer service jobs adding up to almost 3 years of experience, I also did an insurance sales job for almost 6 months. I am a part time videographer & photographer and I am currently working a part time job remotely as a customer service agent. I am trying to improve my work experience and I have learnt a lot from my previous jobs. I learnt to deescalate complicated situations, solve customer problems quickly and effectively, I also learnt how to interact with customers when doing sales and properly explain the product what and it does in a manner that they understand. I can work under pressure with minimum supervision due to my experience of working remotely.
