I hold a Higher National Diploma in Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship from Kumasi Technical University and have developed practical experience working in corporate, agricultural, and research environments.
Currently, I work with Huanyu Century Construction and Trade Ghana Ltd where I support both administrative operations and marketing activities. My responsibilities include coordinating daily office operations, assisting in marketing campaigns for modular and prefabricated structures, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and helping design tailored container and housing solutions. I also prepare project proposals, communicate with clients regarding quotations and project specifications, and represent the company at business meetings and trade fairs to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
My professional background also includes supervisory and operational roles in the agricultural sector. At Ghana Oil Palm Development Company, I worked as a Maintenance Leader and Assistant Quality Overseer where I supervised field staff, assigned daily tasks, monitored field activities, ensured proper fertilizer application, and compiled operational reports for management review. These roles strengthened my leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Additionally, I gained valuable research and data management experience as a Field Assistant and Data Entry Assistant with the Savanna Agricultural Research Institute (CSIR-SARI). In this role, I managed farm registration data, assisted with agricultural surveys, documented farmer feedback, and interpreted local languages during community-based research activities. This experience enhanced my data accuracy, documentation, and communication skills.
