I am currently in my third year of the Fashion Management program at Humber and would like to cooperate. I understand there is a big competition, however, my retail experience is wide, and I know how to deliver luxury customer service. First of all, I want to say that my previous job was very similar to this position. Even though I worked in retail for less than three years, I already started as the store manager that is located next to Chanel, Prada, etc. That means I had to deliver service that would be even better than in the world’s best brands. I learned how to do more than the customer expects in order to encourage him to buy from us. I had to be an expert in all the fits and textiles we have so that people can customize their orders to the best version. I managed every single task that had to be done in the store, both external interactions with the customers and internal steps that have to be done to maintain the store. I also managed all financial questions, delivered declarations to the financial department every day, and kept the inventory system updated. In addition to the retail in-store experience, I’ve managed an e-business where I handled all interactions with the customers, took their orders, put them in the system, sent orders to the production, picked them up, packed them and shipped them out. My biggest strength is that I am very focused, and I know how to complete every detail perfectly. Moreover, I always try to improve the processes to increase efficiency. For example, I developed a unified product system for my previous workplace and did a lot of extra work to fill in the inventory system so that it would be easier to use it. As fashion is one of the major topics I study, I expand my knowledge range and always keep up with the latest trends. I learn fashion business from every perspective, and my resume co Olsen Europe can be the one. From the look of the website, it appears as a place that I would fit in. I like working in customer service, and women’s fashion is my expertise. I believe that I am an ideal candidate for this job as I have vision and experience in customer service and efficient store maintenance.
