I have over 12 years of work experience in outsourcing industry. This includes customer service for telco and healthcare accounts combined. Most of my work experience was with Healthcare insurance for over 8 years. My previous jobs includes but not limited to reviewing of prescriptions/documents to see if it's valid based in health insurance guidelines required for patient claims. Calling healthcare provider's offices to ensure we have the accurate provider information for our clients. Providing claim information and member benefits to healthcare providers, calling health insurance companies for claim status, sending appeals and request adjustments for denied claims, responding to customer emails in resolving their issues. I also had an experience in appointment setting and scheduling for telehealth patient visits.
