I am a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with over 8 years of background in customer support, technical support, and remote administrative work, including 4 years supporting multiple eCommerce and operations based clients as a Virtual Assistant.

I specialize in providing reliable and organized backend support that helps businesses stay efficient and structured. My core strengths include data management, research, email and chat support, scheduling, coordination, and general administrative assistance. I also have experience handling eCommerce back office tasks such as documentation support, tax related processing, registrations, and operational reporting.

I am comfortable working in fast paced environments where accuracy, time management, and multitasking are important. I have strong attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines consistently.

I am highly familiar with remote tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other task and communication platforms. I am also quick to learn new systems including CRM tools and workflow platforms as needed.
