I've been working in BPO industry for almost 5 years. I've been through in different accounts like Admin Staff, Inbound and outbound calls, cold callings, lead generation, data entry, appointment setting but I'm focused on mortgage, home loans in US. We were able to call every Realtor and Brokers to help them with their files. For Realtor, we help them market their listings and offer them the best rates in town. For the Broker we help them find the best lender to help them with their files. I want to work full time with long term relationship. I'm hoping to have a very understanding employer and will guide me all the way through. Thanks!
