I have successfully applied my strong communication skills in handling customer service and providing attention to solve problems in every experience in my working career. One of it was handling Jollibee Head Office customer. Everyday, I encounter an irate Jollibee back officer because they are working at the back office and they are the one monitoring our onsite services in fixing the POS. The company that I was working back then was IBM which provide the hardware services. I am one of the help desk and admin at the same time. One of my job was to monitored the engineer who went on site to repair the POS and also I am making the report every night and sending it to The Jollibee Head Office. I handled the conversation with the customer by being calm, polite and giving assurance that we can provide the help they need. Moreover, I am also know how to navigate digital tools and systems, fostering smooth interactions and ensuring efficient collaboration in various professional settings.
