I'm a Filipino freelance. I have been working the Outsourcing Industry since 2014 i started my career as a Customer Service Representative of Eperformax,Cebu for 17 months. Then I became a Real Estate Appointment setting of clarity Real Estate Solutions which is mainly responsible for making outbound calls with the purpose of setting up appointments to view or list properties for sale in United States/Virtual Assistant that way i learned to be more confident over the phone in building rapport and effective customer service. And I worked as a Lead Generation Specialist from independent company, we assigned in reviewing business contracts of different mobile networks in the UK. And recently as Telemarketer for Medicare Supplement and Obamacare. Currently had a par time job as a Data Research, gathering information from a website and copy/paste the information into a Google spreadsheet. I am dedicated and motivated to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success.Excellent listening skills, oral and written communications. Comfortable in interacting with all levels of the organization and public. Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills. Able to make decisions independently and quickly with minimal escalations.
