Having operated in a fast-paced administrative environment for over 3 years in Telecommunication. I feel I am confident that I possess the skills and experience to make a positive impact on your company.

I began my career in Administration in 2014 after I graduated, working as a School Secretary and Students Affairs Coordinator for a School Institute at San Pascual, Burias, Island. After I resigned being a School Secretary. I applied to BPO Company as a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Representative (Non Voice Account) at Sutherland Global Services Philippines.

During my time as a Project Coordinator at Telecommunication, I was promoted as a Training Project Manager in one Project which is the Globe Telecommunication. I handle Many Teams and Project coordinators under my supervision. And I'm current work as a Technical Support Representative at Hartehanks for NBA Account (Seasonal).

My key skills and experience include:

• Adept at performing all administrative functions, including filing, data entry, scheduling and typing.

• Excellent organization and time management skills, with a track record maintaining quality standards while managing multiple tasks.

• Proficient with multiple admin – related software packages, including Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Microsoft Office.
