I am goal-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy and I could say that these attributes are my top skills while I am working in call center companies here in the Philippines. This is my first time working as a freelancer. I am knowledgeable in using CRM and other tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Office tools, Photoshops, and Canva.

I worked as a verifier for broadband applications in one of the biggest telecommunication in my country (PH). I worked as Claim Analyst in one of the biggest healthcare insurance companies in the US (Anthem).

I am willing to learn through training and development programs. I fit in fast pacing environment since I am a quick learner. I guarantee that I have done my work and submitted it on time.
