Hi my name is Kristine Vivar, I am 35. I completed 2 years in Bachelor in Business Administration. I worked in the BPO industry for a total of 7 years in experience as a Customer Service Representative. I usually handled billing and general inquiry, do some basic troubleshooting and up selling.I started working in the BPO industry since 2005 in Ambergris Solutions as a Customer service representative for a telecommunications account where in we are in charge of new customer, adding phone features, billing and other general inquiry. After working in Ambergris, I moved to another company which is ICT Marketing services and worked as a Customer care specialist for a mobile account. I can say that having 7 years experience as a Customer Service Representative is an advantage because I already know how to deal with different type of customers.
