I used to work as a retention specialist in a BPO company. I became one of the CEO's of that retention campaign. After 2 years the campaign was dissolved. I decided to work at home as a Virtual Assistant for a realtor based in California. I do cold calls and set appointments, Manage his listings, do research, manage income and expense statements, Data entry, manage emails and business calls, Social media management, manage online purchases such as gifts, Airfares,hotels and cars etc. I also do simple graphics for marketing materials such as Business cards, flyers and brochures.
