I have a background in Psychology and I've been in the Customer Service industry for more than 6 years now. My experiences are not only limited to Customer Service but in other fields, too, such as driver dispatch, admin, order tracking, and processing, with some automotive, technical support, leadership, and training knowledge, as well.
I provide professional, efficient, and high-quality service to clients in terms of performance and a great work ethic. I don't believe in just "working smart". I believe that there are no shortcuts or cheats in delivering excellence, and working smart and working hard go hand in hand to master skills, and excel and flourish in any chosen field.

I have a keen eye for detail, a laser-sharp focus, and a strong drive to succeed. As much as I hunger for perfection, I understand that we cannot be perfect as humans, yet I believe we should always aim and try to improve and be better every chance we get.
As a customer service representative, I am always patient and compassionate to customers. This is an overused line, but not many can really put up with customers when things are going south, or put their selves in the customer's shoes and look at things from their stand-point, but my experiences have given me a chance to come up with techniques that are very effective in customer handling. I am equipped with excellent communication skills through chat and email, especially via phone as I have a very warm and soothing voice, great diction, and a neutral accent. I can also mimick an American accent that sparks an instant connection, especially with US customers.
